Leading international economies have realized the importance of technology innovation and entrepreneurship as drivers of sustained economic growth and prosperity. The Kingdom has assigned high priorities to developing its technology innovation, entrepreneurship and incubation support programs.


King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) leads this effort providing considerable funding and support for science and technology development. Its BADIR program, created in 2008, is fostering and promoting technology innovation, entrepreneurship and incubation.


This 3rd annual Incubation Conference has again been organized by KACST and BADIR Program which brings together international and local experts with the Kingdom’s public and private sector in one of Saudi Arabia’s largest gatherings, seeking to promote and develop understanding of technology innovation, entrepreneurship and incubation. 

 

Conference aims:
  • To promote, raise awareness and develop an understanding of technology innovation, entrepreneurship and incubation.
  • To provide a forum to share experiences and best practices of technology innovation, entrepreneurship and incubation.
  • To provide a networking environment for government, financial institutions, universities, research institutions, corporate business and chambers of commerce.
