Khalid Albawardi is the founder and CEO of TAD Group, previously known as Tadawulat, a group of companies specialized in international waste management services and logistics solutions for hazardous and non-hazardous cargo. Established in 2003, TAD started its operations with a 600 square meters warehouse and now owns more than 56000 square meters of warehouses. TAD is operating in 17 countries around the world and was listed as one of the fastest growing Saudi companies in 2009. Prior to TAD, Khalid worked as a general manager at Seder Services in Riyadh. Khalid holds an MA in Project Management from the George Washington University Business School. He started his entrepreneurial journey long before graduating from university with a collection of small business ventures. He continues to passionately advocate business and entrepreneurship among Arab and Saudi youth through social media, namely, Twitter.
